CANCELLATION POLICY
At Pure Relaxation massage, your appointment time is reserved, especially for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice as well as missed appointments {no shows} may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies & unexpected situations happen. If an emergency arrives, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will consider those circumstances on a case by case basis.
